TB204 GPS Tracker Wiring Instructions
Important: For safe and proper installation, it’s recommended to consult a qualified technician, especially when working with a vehicle’s electrical system. Incorrect wiring can damage your vehicle.
This guide details the wiring instructions for the TTB204 GPS tracker.
Wire Functions:
- Red – Live: Permanent live power (supports 10VDC to 30VDC)
- Purple Output 2: Negative signal to relay for immobilizer or authorized driving (optional)
- Orange & White Output 1: Negative signal output
- Green & White – Digital Input 2: Used for monitoring a positive signal from external sources such as switches,tailgate lift, external alarms, sirens, etc.
- Yellow Digital Input 1 / Ignition: By default, acts as a dedicated input for ignition detection. Must be connected to the ignition wire or an accessory that receives power with the ignition (e.g., stereo).
- Black – Ground/Earth/Chassis: Ground connection
- Gray – Analog Input 1: Unlike a digital input, the analog input can be used to measure the exact live voltage of an external device (e.g., generator).
- Green 1-Wire Data Input: Used to collect data from RFID or 1-Wire data readers.
- White – Digital Input 3: Same as Digital Input 2
- Blue 1-Wire Power: Provides power to 1-Wire & RFID devices that require power from the device
Installation Tips:
- You can cut or discard any wires you don’t need.
- If you only require tracking and no sensors, simply connect the red, black, and yellow wires.
